Course Fees

 

The cost of this 15 day, 14 night Costa Rican adventure is $1800

 

This includes the following services:

  • All in-country:

            - transportation 

            - lodging

            - meals & snacks

            - drinks (water, fresh juice)

            - excursions required by the class

            - guide fees

            - tips

 

 

This fee does not include:

 

  • Zip-lining $35 & white water rafting $55

  • Alcohol & souvenirs- most students bring ~$200 extra (depends on if you're a shopper &/or drinker)

  • Exit Visa $28

  • Airline flight to & from Costa Rica (SJO) $variable

 

 

Airline Information

 

  • Flights to Costa Rica should be for the San Jose, Costa Rica airport or SJO- be careful to NOT book your ticket to San Jose, California!

 

  • Many students use frequent flyer miles- families & friends can donate them to you

 

  • Airline carriers to Costa Rica (SJO): LACSA, US Airways, Copa Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue Airways, United Airlines, American Airlines, Avianca - Aerovías Nacionales de Colombia, and S.A.Air Canada

  • Passport that is valid at least 6 months after the trip

  • Apply for scholarship
